During the delivery of new vehicles or after work in the workshops for maintenance or repair, SOGAFRIC SENEGAL's workshops prepare all vehicles before their delivery: degreasing and registration for new vehicles, systematic washing of all vehicles leaving SOGAFRIC SENEGAL.

RECEPTION – WORKSHOP RECEPTION

The SOGAFRIC SENEGAL team is at your disposal for all your repair requests, quotes, and technical information. As soon as your vehicle (car, truck, or machinery) enters the workshops, a receptionist prepares a work order indicating your needs in terms of work to be carried out. This document allows for the preparation of a quote.

After the repairs, the work carried out undergoes rigorous inspection, and tests are conducted on your vehicle. The replaced parts are returned to you in their entirety. Upon delivery of your vehicle, a summary sheet of your vehicle is provided, specifying additional work to be done immediately, work that should be done as soon as possible, and repairs to consider during the next service.

PREPARATION OF A QUOTE

To obtain a quote for spare parts only, you simply need to visit the spare parts counter with the vehicle's registration document. If the repairs are mechanical in nature, it is preferable to visit the workshop reception with the vehicle for which the request is being made.

ONSITE INTERVENTION

Regarding CASE construction equipment or NEW HOLLAND agricultural equipment, our teams intervene directly on site.
